What we need

It’s Just Results is the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. This includes the name, email address, and purpose of contact. For subscribers of our newsletter we initially just collect your email address. Through interactions we often then also include information on the address of the business and other business information you share with us to transact our business. On our website we collect cookies and IP address for the purpose of managing the website. 

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with information you request from us (either questions you ask us or if you are subscribing to our newsletter). We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with it

All the personal data we process is processed by It’s Just Results staff however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers at Go Daddy. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. More information on this framework can be obtained by contacting us through the website.

How long we keep it

Your information we use for contacting you in response to your request or subscription to our newsletter will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. In no event will we keep the information for longer than one year without obtaining approval from you to retain this data, or update the data.

What we would also like to do with it

We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email or our website. 

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. We will make the appropriate change within 30 days of being contacted by you. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.
